Program Description

This program is designed to introduce students to Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. It provides youth with early exposure to a variety of career fields, helping them explore their interests, build practical skills, and understand real-world applications of classroom learning.

Through interactive workshops, project-based activities, and guided instruction, students gain firsthand experience across multiple CTE areas, including Computer Science, Bio-medical, Engineering, Construction, Business, Environmental Science, Law and Public Safety, and Graphics. The program emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking while allowing students to learn by doing.

By connecting academic concepts to career pathways, the program helps students make informed decisions about their future education and career goals. It also fosters confidence, curiosity, and workforce readiness, empowering students to discover their strengths and envision successful pathways beyond the classroom.
